Centrifugal Finishing Machines are specifically developed for smaller components. The machines have fixed barrels with provision for barrel and turret inching. There are several options available -- straight barrels, inclined barrels, variable speeds, media parts separators, inching arrangements, polyurethane linings, conveyors, etc.

1. The equipment is equipped with a frequency conversion speed control system, which can adjust the rotation speed of the grinding barrel at 0 ~ 180 rev / min .
2. The grinding bucket on the equipment adopts an integrated design. When loading the workpiece and the abrasive, the upper lid of the grinding bucket can be opened, and the operation is simple and quick.
3. The lining barrel adopts the split design and is made of imported wear-resistant polyurethane.
The machine has a steel bowl lined with polyurethane which is filled up with required media (either ceramic, plastic, maize etc. depending upon the finish required) and components. Eccentric weights are mounted on an extended shaft attached to a heavy duty motor to cause vibrations and create a spiral of the media and the components. Variations in vibration, achieved by varying weights and angles, and suitable combination of media enable machine to be used for different components.
